Welcome
To our investors, developers, and partners,
Africa is building. Homes, estates, and infrastructure are rising across the continent, and with them comes one of the greatest wealth-creation opportunities of our generation. Yet too many people have watched that opportunity turn into loss.
I have seen investors commit their savings to projects that never broke ground. I have seen honest developers lose funding because the market cannot tell them apart from those who cut corners. A few unscrupulous actors have made trust expensive for everyone, and the whole industry pays the price.
BuildTrack was founded to change that. We are building the infrastructure of trust for African real estate: independent verification of developers and projects, risk scoring that reflects reality, and escrow that releases funds only when work is done. When the process is transparent, fraud has nowhere to hide and good builders finally get the credit they deserve.
Let me be plain about what drives us. We are committed to this cause above the rewards it may bring. Those rewards matter, and we intend to build a strong and lasting company. But we will never let growth come at the cost of the people we exist to protect. That conviction is written into our values and into how our platform works.

The problem we exist to solve
Too many Nigerian projects stall after the money moves.
Buyers pay deposits for homes that are delivered late or not at all. Diaspora families send money home for buildings they cannot see. Good developers struggle to prove they are different, and lenders lack reliable data to finance them.
The root cause is simple. Money is released on trust, before progress is proven. BuildTrack reverses that order.
Our approach
Neutral infrastructure, not another middleman.
BuildTrack does not hold your money. Funds sit with a licensed bank acting as escrow agent. Our role is the verification rail: we underwrite developers and projects, set the milestone standard, coordinate independent inspections, and tell the bank when a stage has been earned.
Our platform, Escropro, puts every stakeholder on the same record, so a release in Abuja is visible to an investor in Houston within minutes.
