Vendors pay a one-time subscription to join BuildTrack. Annual maintenance is free for your first year, and an escrow fee applies to every order you close on the platform, with your first deal at a reduced rate. All fees are charged at source, deducted from your payout.

How orders and payouts work

  1. You supply. The vendor bears all liabilities and handles all logistics required for every order.
  2. The developer confirms. The developer inspects the supply and confirms it is satisfactory on Escropro.
  3. BuildTrack approves. The BuildTrack admin confirms the order on the platform.
  4. You get paid within 24 hours. Payment is released from escrow within 24 hours of admin confirmation, with all fees deducted at source.
