These Terms of Service govern your use of the BuildTrack website at www.buildtracknigeria.com, operated by BuildTrack Infrastructure Systems Limited (RC 9649379) (“BuildTrack”, “we”, “us”). By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

02The Escropro platform

This website describes BuildTrack and links to the Escropro platform. Opening an account on Escropro, escrow funding, milestone verification, vendor orders and payouts are governed by the separate platform terms, escrow agreements and fee schedules you accept when you sign up. If those documents conflict with anything on this website, those documents apply.

03Information on this website

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but it is provided for general information only. Pricing, fees and commissions shown on the Partners pages are indicative and may change. The fees that apply to you are those confirmed on Escropro or in your signed agreement.

Nothing on this website is an offer of securities, a solicitation to invest, or financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Property development carries risk, including delay, cost overrun and loss of capital. Escrow and independent verification reduce certain risks but do not guarantee any return or the completion of any project.

Partner names and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown with their permission.
